The words of the Qur’an are primarily divided into chapter (surah) and verse (ayat). In order to read the Qur’an easily it is additionally divided into 30 equal sections, called Juz'. These divisions help the reader to study the Qur’an with much ease and understand it completely. This segregation of Quran in various chapters helps the readers to recite it regularly. Especially it helps, during the month of Ramadan, when it is mandatory to complete at least one full reading of Qur’an from cover to cover.
The holy Quran ends with the 30TH juz (part) called (AMMA). This Part of the quran contains many small Suras. Which is also called as Khatimul the Quran i.e. with this part, the holy Quran come’s to an end. This part consist of Suras from 96 - 114, such as, The Embryo (Al-Alaq), Destiny (Al Qdar), Proof (Al-Bayyinah), The Quake (Al-Zalzala), The Gallopers (Al-aadeyaat), The Shocker (Al-qaareah), Hoarding (Al-takaather), The Afternoon(Al-asar), The Backbiter(Al-humaza), The Elephant (Al-feel), Quaraish Tribe (Al-quaraish), Charity (Al-maoon), Bounty (Al-kawthar0,The Disbelivers (Al-kafiroon), The Triumph (Al-naasr), Throns (Al-masad), Absoluteness (Al-iqlaas0, Day break (Al-falaq), and the last sura of The quran is The People (Al-naas)..
In short, the 30th part of juz mainly deals with the very basic principles of Islam. Islam teaches that one can only find peace in one's life by submitting oneself to Almighty God (Allah) in heart, soul and deed. Muslims believe in the absolute unity of God (Allah). A Muslim is one who grasps the full meaning of the Qur’an, realizes its significance, and accepts and follows it. This belief is the bedrock of Islam; all other beliefs, commands, and laws of Islam stand firm on this foundation. With regular recitation of Quran, one can attain nonpareil peace of mind and soul.
